WE BELIEVE REAL CONNECTION STILL MATTERS MOST.

Digital gets you seen. Live experience gets you remembered. That's where Ernie does its best work.

A room that hummed with the right energy, a moment that got people talking, an experience that stuck long after the lanyards came off.

That's the space we live in.

We build strategic experiences that pull people closer to brands. Building trust, shifting perception, and turning that connection into real commercial results.

THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME.

Ernie is named after founder Euan’s grandfather, a man who made bringing people together look effortless.

Warm, genuine, and always switched on to the people in front of him. That's the bar he set, and it's the one we hold ourselves to.

People first. Purpose always. No noise for noise's sake.

Just considered experiences, built for the people in the room and the brands behind them.

GOOD VS GREAT.

Good events entertain. Great events move people.

At Ernie, every experience is built with intention, to strengthen relationships, shift perception, and deliver outcomes that actually matter to the business behind it. We start with the objective, then design every detail back from there.

Because when people genuinely connect with a brand, they don't forget it.

Managing Director

Euan Marsh

20+ years across corporate events, large-scale event management, and strategic engagement, Euan's seen it all and still gets a kick out of pulling off the hard stuff.

He pairs sharp operational chops with commercial instinct, so every event isn't just seamless on the day, it's built to hit the goals behind it.

From conferences to corporate functions, stakeholder events to high-profile programs, Euan leads hands-on. Connecting planning, production and delivery from the first brief to the final wrap.

His view: a good event should do more than bring people into a room. It should leave a mark on the brand, the business, and the people who were there.
